Shipping and Handling Fees
For the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico:
$0-$50: $5.00 shipping and handling (U.S. currency)
$51-$75: $6.00 shipping and handling
$76-$100: $7.00 Shipping and handling
$101-$200: $8.00 shipping and handling
(Michigan residents add 6% sales tax.)
Please let us know if you prefer "media mail" which is less expensive, but takes much longer in transit.
For Canada:
$0-$50: $6.50 shipping and handling (U.S. currency)
$51-$75: $8.00 shipping and handling
$76-$100: $9.50 shipping and handling
$101-$200: $11.00 shipping and handling
For other countries: exact shipping will be calculated and charged, + insurance costs. Advance inquiry by phone, fax, or e-mail is suggested.
Methods of Payment
Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by PayPal; or by check or
money order in U.S. funds.
–For credit card orders, include credit card number, expiration date, the
billing address (where your credit card statement is sent) and the ship-to
address. Don't forget your mailing address! Please make this a
physical address if possible, rather than a P.O. box.
–We advise against sending credit card information by e-mail or fax.
It's fine to phone or mail in the credit card information and e-mail or fax the order.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If an audiotape or videotape breaks or is faulty, it will be replaced
at no charge. Products in original condition that do not meet the
buyer's expectations may be returned for a full refund within
30 days of purchase or, if the buyer prefers, for a credit,
gift certificate, or for other products.
